Hemsedal is one of Scandinavia's leading ski resorts, sometimes called the Scandinavian Alps. Skiing spreads across three peaks – Totten (1450 m), Tinden (1345 m) and Roni (1225 m) – with 22 lifts, 47 runs from green to black, an 810 m vertical drop and more than 250 km of cross-country trails. Hemsedal Bike Park uses the ski lift to take you and your bike up the mountain, with flow trails and technical descents back down for every level. There are also gentler gravel and forest trails along the valley for family rides and e-bikes.
